3.4mm by 2mm hypoechoic,well defined nodule in left side posterior triangle superficial to the strap muscle is detected on ultasound.image appears of benign superficial lymph node,no soft tissue assymetry.normal appearing thyroid. worried about node?

Lymph node: Neck nodes can be from sinus issues, upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis .usually the procedure is to follow up in 1 month and if still present consider biopsy Do not worry. f/u/ in 1 month
