I have a vein by my temple that is sticking out. my ear blocked alittle. history migraine,high bp 140/80, anxiety, allergies. should i be worried?

I do not think you should be worried but you should be appropriately concerned about your health. The enlarged vein could be a sign of a number of different things. Don't wait to be evaluated.
