With this collection: of symptoms and problems it would be a good idea to have a thorough evaluation by a health care provider and to have your BP treated. I do not think you should be worried but you should be appropriately concerned about your health. The enlarged vein could be a sign of a number of different things. Don't wait to be evaluated.
