When using nuvaring consistently, taking out for 7 days for a period and then replacing on 7th day. is it safe to have sex 2 days after reinserted? i have not had it out for more than the 7 days to have my period as instructed in the directions.

Yes, you are fine. : You only ovulate once a month 2 wks in to cycle. So you are not any where close to possible ovulation which shouldn't happen if you are taking nuvaring as you are taking
