Gastroenterologist: We're these findings from a gastroscopy or an upper gi series? A direct examination of the duodenum by a gastroscopic examination would differentiate between a growth like a polyp or simply a prominence of nonpathological tissue. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate the situation and advise you.
