A member asked:

Wife has ppms. would clenching of jaw and grinding of teeth also be another symptom of ms?

Good day; Primary progressive MS would certainly cause extreme stress with subsequent clenching of the jaw and tooth grinding. Would prescribe soft occlusal guard to relax jaw muscles and occlusal equilibration (bite adjustment) to keep occlusal scheme even.
