Back in august, my husband blacked out and fell injuring his head & neck. a month later he has developed l'hermitte's sign which is causing excruciating electrical shocking and numbness in hands. will this ever go away since it's not due to ms?

Cervical myelopathy: Your husband needs to see his doctor and get a cervical MRI. These symptoms are worrisome for an injury to the spinal cord in the neck. With proper treatment, the symptoms CAN improve. That improvement is not guaranteed.
