You need to see a doctor if you are having trouble breathing. This can be a life-threatening symptom and needs to be evaluated ASAP. It can have a lot of causes including neurologic ones. Your symptoms warrant a doctor evaluation so see your primary care doctor. If your breathing worsens, go to the nearest emergency room. Good luck to you.

Your symptoms seem more from non organic causes . It is not from masturbation, best is to see your doc or a neurologist to check you. Good luck
