If u have peripheral neuropathy & demylination on ncs does this point towards, or away from, als and ms? i've been terrified that i have als or ppms.

Peripheral nervous system demyelination is not common for either MS nor ALS. Nonetheless, if you have had NCS/EMG, it is assumed a doctor ordered it, so perhaps a discussion with the physician would be appropriate.
