Yes: One with "unbelievable pain" should be seen by her doctor right away. The doctor will want to know where the pain is, how long it has been there, what might have started it, what makes it feel better, and what makes it feel worse. Being "constantly dizzy" is another reason to see the doctor. The doctor will ask whether or not the "room is spinning" vs. the "room is graying out" (lightheadedness).
