Go to a clinic ASAP: You could obviously be pregnant, so get a pregnancy test done right away. Even with early pregnancy though the dizziness and fast heart beats are unusual. You could also have other reasons unrelated to pregnancy why the heart is racing and you feel dizzy. This constellation of symptoms is very worrisome. Go immediately to your doctor for vitals and EKG.
