Should i be concerned if my angiomyolipoma has increased in size from 4.7 cm to 6.0 cm in 4 years?

Yes: Angiomyolipomas greater than 4 cm in size are at increased risk for spontaneous rupture and hemorrhage. At 6 cm, consideration should be given to doing a minimally invasive embolization procedure to eliminate this risk.
