Hypokinesis/regurg : Get a second opinion from a cardiologist. You need a Holter monitor, check for Lyme and causes of cardiomyopathy like coxsackie, Would f/u today in ER because numbness tingling could be early encephalopathy/ transverse myelitis or spinal cord pressure and may need treatment either antibiotics/ antiviral or steroids if autoimmune.
