Groin pain: Has a variety of causes - may be referred from back, or from abdominal structures (bowel, bladder kidney) or from testicle or from the hip or surrounding muscles themselves. So best to have doctor examination here as if cause remains unclear may need tests such as bloods, urine and xrays/scans done. All the best
