Consider this...: If no fevers or diarrhea, it could just be gas. Try to move your bowels daily (increase dietary fiber, i.e. fruits and veggies, if you tend toward constipation). If still menstruating, could be ovarian/menstrual pain so track your cycles. See Dr if you have fevers, the pain doesn't stop, you get diarrhea/vomiting.
