Gluten: sensitivity has been seen with inflammatory Bowel disease.....(Regional enteritis, Ileitis, Ulcerative Colitis) and Depression/anxiety often accompanies these disorders (although NOT DIRECTLY linked!) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
