Severe migraines for about 15 years. neurologist looked at mri, asked if coughing\sneezing can cause. asked for report. what could he have seen?

Anything : Most MRI that I see for migraines are normal. There are those that have causes and there are many. Simply ask your doctor for the report. It would not be helpful to list a number of causes and findings without seeing the study.
