Sinusitis: Sounds like you may need to be seen by an ENT and have a sinus ct done. This may be acute/chronic sinusitis.

Maybe: Anytime you have a headache that is worsened by exertion such as with a cough or sneeze, you should get evaluated by a headache specialist.
