And the question is?: Not sure what your question is from the list of symptoms. You've got a conglomeration of issues that could represent anything from a bad gastrointestinal flu to a bad migraine headache to mononucleosis. Clearly there should be some testing to look at all these issues, maybe some lab work, stool samples? Check in with your doctor. I'm sure they'll be able to help you. Good luck.
