It is HIGHLY: unlikely that a small VSD would give you any symptoms at all let alone the ones you have described. You need a full evaluation of what else may be causing your symptoms. See your health care provider and discuss your concerns.

See a doctor.: Many symptomatic VSDs can be treated with diuretics or heart medications. Others require surgery to fix the cardiac defect.
