Iron levels: do not change DAILY but respond SLOWLY to dietary increase in iron containing foods (consult any nutrion website) or iron supplementation ( a number of OTC (over the counter) supplements are available. Remember that VITAMIN C improved the ABSORBTION of iron ! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
