I do not see why: it would be necessary or particularly desirable to stop the Clenil. It is advised that it should not be stopped abruptly but tapered instead. The addition of propranolol could theoretically exacerbate your asthma, why stop the steady state prophylactic therapy in that setting. I do not agree.
