My 16 week old baby has been very moany last few days and recently had quite a few blood spots that look like small veins scattered in her stool.

Please contact: her pediatrician. She should be examined in order to be properly diagnosed. It may just be a small fissure (crack) in the skin in the anal area, but could be more serious....so please call her doctor.
