How is your diet?: Have you been taking NSAIDs (aspirin, Ibuprofen etc.) if not, do you feel weak, lethargic, weight loss or not, hemorrhoids, any significan family history?. I recommend visiting your primary doctor for evaluation of blood in stool, if its positive, have them pursue an upper and lower endoscopy
