Diverticula, sacs: or pouches formed from a cavity or tube, can develop in a number of organs...the colon, urinary system, etc. So I'm not sure where yours is. The colon is most common in men, but MRI is not a super common test to detect them. A diverticulum is not harmful in and of itself but it can become inflamed and infected causing diverticulitis. Somewhat unusual in a young male, so work closely with your Doc
