A member asked:

If someone is having a gallbladder attack with symptoms of severe heartburn and sweating, does it always require medical attention or can it pass?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

May not be gb: Well, you are assuming this is a gallbladder attack. What you're describing is not unlike cardiac pain. So, if you have not been evaluated, then do so. If it is confirmed , through testing and elimination, that this is a gb attack, if will probably pass, but it could take several hours. I suggest gb removal if it's the confirmed culprit. Good luck.
