A member asked:

I take a creatine supplement , can it cause a false reading or a higher reading on a psa test ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Supplements are wast: It is a waste of money to take supplements like this one. They can only cause confusion and clearly offer no medical benefit. I would advise you to stop taking creatine and repeat your PSA in 2-3 weeks later as this is not likely to be related to creatine.....it could imply problems with your prostate health . Go see a urologist if you do not already have one checking on your PSA -related issues.
