Gynecomastia.: In and of itself, gynecomastia is not a dangerous thing. Just be sure that the diagnosis is accurate, as 1% of breast cancers occur in men. It might be wise for him to pursue a mammogram and ultrasound (yes, really) to confirm that this is truly gynecomastia...especially if it’s just one-sided.
