My husband has been diagnosed with gynocomastea do we need to be worried?

Usually no: Your doctor should go over your meds to look for a cause of your gynecomastia. If you feel enlargement or a mass then you should have it checked out by your primary care provider and possibly a radiologist.

Gynecomastia.: In and of itself, gynecomastia is not a dangerous thing. Just be sure that the diagnosis is accurate, as 1% of breast cancers occur in men. It might be wise for him to pursue a mammogram and ultrasound (yes, really) to confirm that this is truly gynecomastia...especially if it’s just one-sided.
