Usually convert: When a villous adenoma is detected in a male who is probably over 50 yrs. of age you are dealing with a notorious premalignant cancer of bowel which is where I assume the lesion is present. Virtually every one is resected to prevent the development of colon Ca. Wide resection I assume would be attempted by scope if possible, would be curiative.
