Stop worrying ;: Encouage him 2c urologist. Few drops of blood after urination in a young man suggests urethrorrhagia, urethral stricture or prostatitis. Cancer, presenting in this way, would be very rare. However, never say never ; thus consultation with urologist, who will likely advise a cystoscopic examination, is advised.
