Gastritis and fever?: My concern is that gastritis would not be accompanied by a fever. Did you diagnose yourself with gastritis? If your having a fever along with symptoms of gastritis, I would certainly see a doctor very soon to entertain other possibilities for your symptoms.

Tylenol: With gastritis, do not take aspirin or NSAIDs. Could try tylenol.
