Difficult to say: Needs examination - a variety of possibilities form devierticulitis or kidney infection )which might respond to oral antibiotics vs more serious such as appendicitis vs less serious such as tummy bug (gastroenteritis) which wont respond to and will be upset further by antibiotics. Recommend if ongoing symptoms seeking further doctor examination and review. Urgently if fevers, severe pain.

See doctor : I’m assuming you have developed diarrhoea and pain abdomen after starting antibiotics. Antibiotics use can predispose people to infection with a bacteria called clostridium difficile . Please see your doctor.
