That's low B/P: If you get dizzy after sitting for a while and then standing up, your blood pressure is probably dropping even lower which decreases circulation to the brain. If that's what's happening to you, you need to talk with your physician to evaluate the cause. The problem is you're going to stand up one day pass out smack your head on the ground. bad outcome

Low diastolic: Your pulse pressure is abnormally wide meaning that your diastolic pressure of 44 should be closer to 64. This can be seen in certain vascular abnormalities, heart valve abnormalities, overactive thyroid. I recommend an evaluation by a cardiologist. Appropriate tests will be done.
