That's low B/P: If you get dizzy after sitting for a while and then standing up, your blood pressure is probably dropping even lower which decreases circulation to the brain. If that's what's happening to you, you need to talk with your physician to evaluate the cause. The problem is you're going to stand up one day pass out smack your head on the ground. bad outcome
