Did you check your pulse and blood pressure on standing? Symptom resolves in supine position most often implies poor brain perfusion as the cause of lightheadedness. If blood pressure is normal with only slightly high pulse rate, brain perfusion should be fine then you should see your family doctor for a thorough evaluation.
