Pelvic distress: Severe pelvic congestion may have been the cause of your symptoms. Also, was a pelvic ultrasound performed? I recommend an evaluation by a gynecologist.

Back and abd pain: Think endometriosis which is sometimes can only be diagnosed via laparoscopy. Inflammatory bowel disease, herniated back disc, are other possibilities. Need more info to properly diagnose you. That is why you should see a good doctor.
