Pain in (l) lower abdomen, a lot of clear fluid coming out of my vagina, dr, told me it was a cyst, 2 weeks later & i'm pregnant, could it be tubal?

Yes: Yes, an ectopic (tubal ) pregnancy is a possible cause of lower abdominal pain in first trimester of pregnancy. A pelvic ultrasound must be performed asap . If an intrauterine pregnancy is not seen, a blood quantitative HCG test must be obtained and a repeat level needs to be drawn in 48 hours. If the pregnancy is in the uterus, the level should double. Patient must go to er if severe pain occurs.
