Need to be treated: It is not uncommon to have heart palpitations with Mitral Valve Prolapse.While many don't have any symptoms.Some may have rapid heart beat or palpitations.These sometimes are treated with Beta Blockers.I suggest you consult your Primary Care Doctor or Cardiologist and get it checked and treated appropriately
