The question?: If you want to find out what the findings mean, you will need to contact the doctor who ordered the CT . At the least we need to know more about your medical history, your symptoms, and what prompted the CT to be ordered. Practically no diagnosis can be made solely from an image study or a lab test, otherwise you won't need doctors.

Why would a radiologist put on CT report, mulpile retroperitoneal and mesenteric lymph node noted. But did say they were enlarged. 8cm ovarian cyst?
