Barely it seems. Otherwise would not likely commented on it. But always hard to put into writing what the observer see. Peri-aortic is also retroperitoneal if I remember my anatomy. One can Google it and look at the anatomy to better grasp what is usually meant.

What is a normal size for a retroperitoneal lymph node? I had 2 CT scan and have a stable single 13mm one and am freaking out. I hear anything above 1cm is bad and abnormal?
I had a CT in June & November 2021 where it showed a stable 13mm retroperitoneal lymph node. No other enlarged nodes. I am worried &freaking out. Is this size normal? Common? My Doctor isnt concerned?
Ct and/pelvis contrast for lymphadenopathy. multiple non enlarged retroperitoneal lymph nodes visualized. Do you always see these nodes on ct? Normal?
Had a CT scan done with oral contrast and IV contrast. Everything seemed to be normal in the report except for some mildly enlarged mesenteric lymph?
