Went to urgent care for congestion in ears, and vertigo. they ran some tests on my ears and everything looks normal. she prescribed me ear drops and said to take allergy medicine. ive had vertigo for about a week. should i be concerned of vertigo?

I am not sure why you need the ear drops but your symptoms are consistent with middle and inner ear issues which cause ear fullness and vertigo due to vestibular neuritis. Taking allegra or zyrtec OTC + nasonex or nasacort OTC are appropriately advised. If symptoms are not improved by another week, you should see an ENT doctor.
