Eczema: Baby rashes are common, and most get better no matter what we do. That being said, I would work closely with your pediatrician in choosing a sequence in which you change formula and monitor the results. It may be helpful to take pictures of your child's skin periodically.

Mgt: I would advise breast feeding, and monitoring for infection. Avoid immersion in tepid water for more than five minutes.
