Decrease fluids: Try decreasing the amount of fluids you drink late in the evening to see if that helps. You can also limit the amount of caffeine you consume as it is a diuretic. If you still have problems with frequent urination, go see your doctor so they can get more history and perform some tests on your urine and blood.

Drinking too much?: Often people are unaware of how much liquid they are drinking in the evening. Try to take note of how much liquid you consume in the 4 hours before you go to bed and try to reduce it. Failing that you may need to see your Dr for a urine test +/- blood test.
