Betaine HCL/pepsin: There are no reported cases on palpitations but theoretically the pepsin/HCL combo could have negative vagal feedback ( vagus stimulation produces pepsin on our stomach). The vagus nerve via parasympathetic stmulation slows the heart and if it is inhibited there could be increase heart rate. You could try stopping the meds and seeing if palpitations stop. Check B6, folate (folic acid) ,B12 .F/U with doc.
