GFR down: Need past numbers and 1. What meds are you on and any new ones. 2. Had any CTs or MRIs with contrast? May lower GFR 3. Need history of BP 4. Need history of BP meds if any. 5. Hx DM? 6. Taking any NSAIDs which can affect GFR? Then I can help. Discus these issues with your team and if not the cause ask them what is.

Renal disease: GFR of 41 is considered lower than normal.Creatinine of 1.6 is also considered to be showing kidney injury. Kidney disease can occur from a multitude of problems ranging from infection, dehydration, or intrinsic kidney issues.Leukocytes in the urine represent white blood cells that are typically thought to be fighting infection.If you submit your full urinalysis I could better help you.
