Could a shoulder sprain cause creatinine levels to rise from.66 (yearly average) to 1.13 in an otherwise healthy female? no elevated bun. curious what else could cause creative increase.

Probably not: I would not expect a shoulder sprain to increase your creatinine. Some supplements can increase your creatinine.
Other muscle injuries can indirectly increase your creatinine.
