NonAlcoholicStatohep: AST to ALT RATIO OF 2to1 or greater is suggestive of alcoholic liver disease particularly in the setting of Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase.The other possibility is non alcoholic steatohepatitis In addition patients with Wilson Disease or Cirrosis due to Viral Hepatitis may have AST greater than ALT but ratio is not greater than 2
