Depends: Depends on a number of factors, however without knowing more, it is hard to say, although i would lean toward your alcohol intake as being the culprit, resulting in inflammation of your liver and elevated liver tests with the ast to alt ratio > 2:1. Would recommend you get tested for other causes of elevated liver tests (pcp or liver specialist) can help. Stop the alcohol & might improve tests!
