SkinTest/GradedChall: It can be diagnosed by a skin test.And also by a graded challenge by your doctor to start you on a smaller than therapeutic dose and gradually increase the dose till full dose.Penicillin is stopped if you get a rash during grading and if no rash the dose is raised to the maximum therapeutic dose.
