Ok: Avulsion describes an injury pattern when something has been "pulled off". Displacement means that it has moved from its normal position. An extrusion describes a certain type of displacement in which the inner part has displaced beyond the outer part. Theses are terms that are easier to understand visually. I would encourage you to go through your films with your doctor and for understanding.
