Molipaxin: (trazodone) side effects as dry mouth are common, but not serious, can go away with time. Dry mouth can be helped by increased water intake, your worry and anxiety may aggrevate it though. If you cannot tolerate the side effects, call your doctor to adjust the dose or to find an alternative, best wishes
