Possible: Possible but I don't think likely. It's difficult to diagnose because it is so similar to Parkinsons .Why are you worried about something that is so rare? Did you express this concern to the three neurologists you saw?

Comments: Would doubt that you have MSA, if three neurologists do not feel that this is your diagnosis. Also, your descriptions do not cause me either to think of that diagnosis.

Brain fog: is not a symptom of MSA. Autonomic symptoms like tachycardia tend to be persistent and not sporadic. Paroxysmal confusion and tachycardia might be caused by focal epilepsy. Slow thinking, disequilibrium with eyes closed would suggest chronic B12 deficiency. MSA is predominantly a movement disorder (Parkinson's Plus)
